



Going Green's Modular Panel system
Lightweight EPS sandwich panels consists of an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) inner core, fully bonded with galvanized steel sheeting and coated with Chromadek exterior coating.
Tongue-and-groove interlocking panels are used together with a galvanized steel frame to ensure excellent load and span capabilities.
- Standard panel width of 1150mm and thickness of 75mm
- Each panel is heat insulated which saves energy on heating and cooling
- The modular system is economical and presents significant savings in onsite installation costs
- Structures could be disassembled and moved, if necessary

Construction
- Going Green Modular units are built on either a steel base or a concrete slab
- Units are delivered in a set consisting of all materials and consumables needed for the assembly
- A prefabricated galvanized steel frame is fastened and erected onto the base
- Tongue-and-groove wall panels are slotted into each other and secured onto the steel frame
- Tongue-and-groove roof panels are slotted into each other and secured onto the structure
